Start from open ready stance (C)

  1. Leading with the right foot, hop forward to an X-Stance and execute a twin uppercut.
  2. Wedge block.
  3. Right protected back fist.
  4. Switch your stance to crane by lifting the left foot up behind the right knee, simultaneously executing a knife hand square block.
  5. Reverse palm block (O-I).(Execute as you move to next stance).
  6. Step forward with the left foot to a back stance, descending palm block.
  7. Reverse target punch, then step forward to a front stance, reinforced horizontal elbow strike to the temple.
  8. Protected back fist to the bridge of the nose.
  9. Turn around in a back stance, double knife hand low guarding block (reverse.)
  10. Front kick, then side kick. Turn 90 to the left and step backwards to a front stance. Execute an arm break to a redirect.
  11. Turn your attention 180 to the right. Execute a front leg side kick and immediately turn your attention 180 to the left. Step forward while pivoting 180 to the left to a back stance, knife hand down block.
  12. Round kick, step forward fighting stance.
  13. Hop front leg side kick, stepping forward to a front stance, reinforced down block.
  14. Reverse scissor.
  15. Turn around to a front stance, knee break.
  16. Slide ax kick (I-0), step forward fighting stance
  17. Spin wheel kick, continue all the way around 360 to a back stance, double knife hand guarding block.
  18. Turn your attention 180 to the right, lift your right leg up to a dragon stance and execute a guarding block.
  19. Turn your attention 180 to the left and execute a right leg round kick (B. O. F.), step forward fighting stance.
  20. Double round kick ( low, high ), step forward fighting stance.
  21. Pop up side kick, KIHAP. Step forward while rotating 180 to the right to a front stance, twin punch.
  22. Turn your attention 90 to the left. Pull the left foot to the right foot and execute a left vertical hammer fist.
  23. Step forward with the left foot to a cat stance, horizontal back fist.
  24. Step your left foot forward to a front stance, reverse upset spearhand.
  25. Slide your left foot back to a high front stance, twin middle block.
  26. Reverse horizontal elbow strike (target).
  27. Reverse protected back fist.
  28. Reverse knife hand down block and rising palm block simultaneously.
  29. Slide the left foot to the right foot and execute a right horizontal hammer fist.
  30. Reverse punch.
  31. Step forward with the right foot to a back stance, ridge hand down block (O-I)
  32. Spin hook kick, rotating all the way back 360 to a back stance, ridge hand middle block.
  33. Rising wrist strike.
  34. Dropping crane block.
  35. Reverse palm block (O-I).
  36. Protected back fist.
  37. Lunge forward with the right foot to an even stance, reverse uppercut and KIHAP.
  38. Shift the balance to the left foot and pivot 135 to the left. Step forward to a front stance, protected vertical spearhand.
  39. Shift the balance back to the left foot, and lunge forward to an extra deep front stance, horizontal spearhand, KIHAP.
  40. Shift the balance to the right foot and pivot your body 225 to the left, but only pivot your attention 135 to the left to a horse stance, right hook punch. 26b. Right horizontal target elbow strike.
  41. Turn to the left to a pseudo front stance, but maintain your attention forward and execute a right protected back fist.
  42. Drop your right knee to the ground, execute a reverse down block and a rising palm block simultaneously.
  43. Right jabbing uppercut knife hand scissor.
  44. Jump up off the ground, and leading with the left foot, land in an X-stance, twin punch straight down. KIHAP.
  45. Step forward with the right foot to a front stance, reverse punch.
  46. Middle punch.
  47. 360 jump turn side kick. Land in a back stance, double knife hand guarding block.
  48. Shift your balance to the left foot and pivot 45 to the left. Step forward while rotating 180 to the left to a back stance square block (left hand closed, right hand open).
  49. Slide front kick, step forward fighting stance.
  50. Triple round kick (high, low, middle). Pivot 45 to the left, and step forward while turning around to a back stance double knife hand guarding block (low, reverse).
  51. Drop down to an extra deep front stance, and put both fists on the ground (one on either side of your body)
  52. Lunging rear leg front kick, land in a back stance and execute a middle block, palm out.
  53. Bring your left foot up behind the right foot to a crane stance, execute a right straight fist.
  54. Drop back into a deep back stance, double knife hand guarding block (low).
  55. Turn your attention 90 to the left. Execute a right leg side kick.
  56. Double jumping front - round kick. Turn your attention 45 to the left, step forward to a back stance and execute a palm heel strike to the face.
  57. Turn around to a back stance reverse palm lifting block.
  58. Horizontal spearhand to the ribs and KIHAP.
  59. Sliding side kick, then hook. (low-high), step forward fighting stance.
  60. Shift the balance to the left foot and pivot 135 to the left. Step backwards to a front stance, but maintain your attention in the original direction and execute a down block. Simultaneously execute a back fist 180 from your down block.
  61. Turn your attention 180 to the left and execute a diamond block.
  62. Shift the balance to the left foot and pivot 90 to the left. Pull the right foot to the left foot and execute closed ready stance C. (Slow and with breath)
  63. Shift your attention 90 to the right. Execute a right leg slow motion side kick, step forward to a back stance. Quickly shift the balance to the right foot and turn your attention 180 to the left. Simultaneously pull your left foot back to a walking stance, palm block.(O-I).
  64. Reverse palm block.
  65. Bend your right knee slightly and turning to the left, execute a protected vertical hammerfist to the groin.( reverse )
  66. Bring your weight forward again, moving the left foot to a cat stance and execute a Protected back fist to the bridge of the nose.
  67. Step forward to a horse stance, shifting your attention 90 to the left and execute a double scissor block.
  68. Twin middle block.
  69. Shift your attention 90 to the right and execute a sliding crescent kick (I-O), Step forward fighting stance.
  70. Jump crescent (O-I), step forward fighting stance.
  71. Spin horizontal reinforced elbow strike (ribs) (spin to a horse stance.)
  72. Pivot 180 to the left and put your right knee on the ground, execute a reverse punch.
  73. Side kick, step forward fighting stance.
  74. Slow- motion front kick, step forward fighting stance.
  75. Slide side kick, step forward fighting stance, back fist to the temple.
  76. Reverse punch.
  77. Four circular punches.
  78. Shift the balance to the right foot, pivot 180 to the left to a back stance, square block.
  79. Turning your attention 180 to the right, shift the balance to the left foot and pivot 90 to the right. Step backwards to a front stance, reverse knife hand strike (O-I).
  80. Turn your attention 90 to the left, execute a reverse knife hand down block.
  81. Turn your attention 180 to the left and execute a left target crescent kick (I-O). Step forward fighting stance.
  82. Reach out and grab. Execute a hopping target horizontal knee strike. Step forward while pivoting 180 to the left to a back stance, twin vertical elbow strikes to the rear.
  83. Front leg front kick, step down and step forward to a back stance, double knife hand guarding block. (low, reverse).
  84. Leg trap
  85. Front leg double side kick (low, high), step down and step forward to a back stance, low knife hand X- block.
  86. Spin hook - round kick, step all the way back 360 to a front stance, twin punch. KIHAP.
    Right leg forward to ready stance.
