High White Belt One Steps

All one step attackers step back into a front stance with the right leg, and execute a left down block. Then, when defender is ready, step forward, assume a front stance and execute a single punch to the designated blocking area.

  1. Step back into a front stance with the left leg, execute a left handed middle block (Inside-Out) and double middle punch. Kihap!
  2. Step back into a front stance with the left leg, execute a left handed rising block and double high punch. Kihap!
  3. Step back into a horse stance with the left leg, execute a right-handed middle block (Outside-In), spin counterclockwise into a horse stance and double elbow strike (low, high). Kihap!
